Burcu Çağlar Güleryüz, was born in Izmir in a steamy, hot August night in the year 1978. She learnt to walk, went to school and grew up to be a big girl.
Burcu, who is a physical education trainer since 1996, is married and has a son named Ozan.
In 2002, she caught the illness of ‘Making her own jewellery’ like many other ladies and hit the road to buy beads from the ancient bazaar of Kemeralti in Izmir. However, her desire faded away in a short while, until her friend Senem one day heartened her . So, Burcu began taking ‘glass beads making and jewelry design’ course at Deniz Akyol’s workshop.
Glass was vitalized by her and she was vitalized by glass, as "The Fairy Tale of Jewelry" beginned and they lived happilly ever after.
